I first visited Namibia in 2011 (before my Instagram days) and I cannot wait to show you the beauty of Namibia and why this country far surpassed my expectations.
Join me, Lisa Homsy, for a very exclusive 12-day trip through Windhoek, Sossuvlei, Deadvlei, Walvis Bay, Sandwich Harbour, and Brandberg Mountain that will focus on adventure, friendship, delicious food, and of course, epic photography.

All-access to Lisa - Ask me anything! Over the course of the week, I will help you pose & feel comfortable in front of the camera, learn how to shoot with your camera in manual & share editing tips.

- Sandwich Harbour 1/2 day tour - One of the most unique places in the world. The place where the dunes meet the ocean. The endless view of sand and sky, either way, you will see and feel things you couldn’t have imagined beforehand, and will never forget afterwards. For many, this is mentioned as a highlight from all their travels. See it, feel it, don’t miss it. Cost: $160 / person

Lion Feeding - Get up close and personal with a lion during feeding time. A very unique experience to witness so close but not for the faint of heart. Cost: $20 / person
- Game Drive - Meet the largest mammals in the Namibian Bush! Cost: $60 / person
- Sunrise Hot Air Balloon ride - Float over the Namib Desert, the oldest desert in the world! After the flight, we will enjoy a champagne breakfast. Cost: $500 / person

Day 1 November 17th
Welcome to Windhoek
Welcome to Windhoek airport. Once you land our rep will be waiting for you and drive to your hotel to meet your expert guide and Lisa who will brief you about your itinerary through Namibia.
Take the day to acclimatize and get used to the heat as everyone arrives. Spend the day walking the town and seeing some attractions the capital has to offer.

Day 2 November 18th
Travel to Soussuvlei
After breakfast, we will travel to Sossuvlei where we will spend 3 nights in the desert. The drive is about 5 hours on a gravel road with lots of stops on the way for photos. We will stop for a lunch snack at Solitaire, famous for its apple pie and bakery with old-school cars and relics. The afternoon will be spent lounging by the pool and enjoying a cocktail or two.

Day 3 November 19th
Sossuvlei and Deadvlei
In the morning will travel into Sossuvlei and Deadvlei to experience the magic of the dead trees and climb dune 45, considered to be the largest dune in the world. We will leave the hotel early morning in order to catch beautiful sunrise shots of the Deadvlei and climb big daddy before it gets too hot.
After a morning packed with adventure, let's relax by the pool and indulge in spa activities (at own cost).

Day 4 November 20th
Sossuvlei and Deadvlei
Optional hot air balloon excursion with Namib Sky Balloon Safaris. Float over the Namib Desert, the oldest desert in the world! After the flight, we will enjoy a champagne breakfast. Return back to the lodge around 9:30 am.
Visit Sesriem Canyon and, if we’re lucky and there’s water, swim in the clay water, pretty cool experience.

Day 5 November 21st
Walvis Bay
A magical journey from the desert to the Atlantic Ocean. Walvis Bay is a fishing and harbor town located on the west coast of Namibia. Here we will spend the night next to a lagoon populated with thousands of flamingos, cormorants, and pelicans.
In the afternoon we will visit the famous pink water at the salt pans. We will enjoy a nice seafood dinner on the water whilst basking in the amazing Namibian sunset.

Day 6 November 22nd
Walvis Bay
Start the morning with a catamaran cruise in the harbor of Walvis Bay and beyond. Here we will learn all about the sea life as well as enjoy the morning with fresh Walvis Bay oysters, champagne, and snacks.
We will visit various seal colonies, spot dolphins and if we are lucky, the famous Mola Mola fish.
Making our way to Long Beach, we will hop on quad bikes and spend some time riding through the dunes, this is so much fun!

Day 7 November 23rd
Sandwich Harbour
Optional activity: A must see for the area is Sandwich Harbour. This area can only be reached by 4x4 driving along the coast and dunes. It is an unique area where the dunes meet the ocean. A light lunch is included in the package. We depart early from Walvis Bay, past the sand dunes and into the Sandwich Harbor lagoon area. An unforgettable experience!
While some enjoy the optional activity, other will climb dune 45, for some amazing photos. You'll experience the Namib Desert in all its glory.
Around 3pm we will head to Swakopmund where we will spend one night in this small German town. Use the afternoon to explore the town, rent some bicycles and enjoy the local aquarium.

Day 8 November 24th
Drive to Brandberg Mountain - the highest mountain in Namibia.
The White Lady Lodge, is situated right in front of the mountain with unlimited vistas placed in a river bed where wild elephants roam free. We will spend the afternoon in front of the mountain relaxing by the pool. With some luck, we will be able to see the famous desert elephants.

Day 9 November 25th
From Brandberg Mountain we will drive to Omaruru Game Lodge where we will spend one night. Upon arrival, we will go on a game drive to see elephants, hippos, giraffes, rhinos, and many antelopes as well as a large variety of other animals.
Dinner will be served on a terrace surrounded by rhinos, kudus, giraffes, and lots more. Definitely, a bush experience to remember!

Day 10 November 26th
After a relaxed breakfast, we will head onto to Mount Etjo Lodge. Upon arrival, we will hike a trail leading to dinosaur tracks in the area. The hike is about 2 km and will take approximately 1 hour. Upon returning, we will spend some time by the huge swimming pool and indulge in a lovely lunch.
In the afternoon, we will do a game drive and experience a lion feeding in an underground bunker. Definitely not for the faint of heart!

Day 11 November 28th
Windhoek
Head back to Windhoek where we will check into a lodge 10 km outside of the city with infinite views of the Namibia bush. Our final dinner will be to recap the wonderful experience that Namibia was for your group.
The day can be spent buying souvenirs, enjoying the city, and walking around.

Day 12 November 29th
Departure day
All good things must come to an end. I hope you had a blast!

*** If a second payment is not made by June 1, 2023 your spot on the trip will not be guaranteed, and if sold it will be given to the next person on the waitlist ***
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel once your spot is confirmed (minimum 8 bookings) your 20% down payment + any additional payments will no longer be refundable however you would be issued a trip credit in the amount of your down payment that can be used towards another trip within 12 months.
If you cancel 60 days or less before the trip start date, the trip is 100% non-refundable as domestic partnerships or accommodations have started to be booked.
