Cancellations notified within 14 days of booking date receive a full refund less any credit or debit card processing fees

Within 60 Days Prior to Trip

Cancellations 60 days or less prior to the trip are 100% non refundable.

Within 60 Days or Earlier

If you cancel your spot 60 days or earlier, 25% of the trip cost is non refundable, however we will issue a credit to use on a future trip with us.

If you paid in partially or in full, you will receive a refund minus the 25% deposit.

If you cancel within these times, and we find a replacement for your spot from someone in our waiting list, you will receive a full refund of 100%

We Fill the Minimum Spots Required

Once we book 8 spots on the trip, your booking will be officially confirmed and the following policies above will apply.

If we happen to not fill 8 spots, the trip will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
